Your choices
The theme preference notice appears on your first visit in each browser. Choose “Necessary only” to leave optional preferences disabled, or “Allow preferences” to remember your light/dark theme. Use in the footer to change your choice at any time. The notice uses Spanish when your browser language is Spanish, and English otherwise.
What is stored
printfix-privacy-v1: local browser storage recording your privacy choice so the notice does not repeat on every page. It remains until you change it or clear browser data.printfix-theme: your light/dark preference, stored only if you allow preferences. Choosing “Necessary only” removes this saved preference; you can still change the theme for the current page.
These entries use local storage rather than HTTP cookies. Calculator inputs and search queries are processed locally and are not saved by these controls.
Google advertising consent
The site loads the Google AdSense code, including Google's Privacy & messaging integration. AdSense approval remains pending. When Google serves advertising, Google and its partners may use cookies and other identifiers for advertising and measurement. Google's CMP handles the European regulations consent message for eligible visitors, including consent, refusal, and management options. Message availability depends on your location, existing choice, site eligibility, and Google's service.
Where the European consent framework applies and Google's API is ready, the footer displays “Privacy and cookie settings” to reopen Google's message and change your decision. Your browser can also remove cookies and site storage. Google's advertising cookies have lifetimes set by Google and its partners; see Google’s cookie information. Blocking third-party scripts can prevent the message from loading.
Separate theme preferences
The “Necessary only” and “Allow preferences” buttons only control the saved theme. They do not accept or reject Google advertising consent. Google Analytics is not enabled.
